1987 juan beniquez

juan beniquez was traded by the orioles in december of 1986 to the royals for a couple of minor leaguers. here is his 1987 o-pee-chee card.

his tenure as a royal was short lived as after hitting .300 or better for four straight years, beniquez's average dipped into the low .200s and the royals traded him to the blue jays in july of 1987. his first home run as a royal came off of yesterday's post topic, ken schrom.
