1977 dave cash

after signing as a free agent in november of 1976, dave cash was featured in an expos' uniform for real on his 1977 o-pee-chee card:

cash was coming off of three straight all-star seasons with the phillies when he signed with montreal.  during his first season north of the border, he reached 700 plate appearances for the fourth straight year and hit .289 with a career high 21 steals.  he also went 4 for 11 while playing all 21 innings of a game against the padres in may of 1977, tying a record for plate appearances in a game.
