1990 craig lefferts

craig lefferts returned to the padres after two seasons in san francisco when he signed a free agent deal in december of 1989. here's his 1990 o-pee-chee card:

in his first season back in san diego, lefferts saved 23 games and posted an era of 2.52. he matched that save total in 1991 with a higher era before the padres decided to move lefferts to the rotation in 1992. he was traded later that season to the orioles and then finished his career with a couple of seasons spent in texas and anaheim.
