lou ferrigno look-alike steve kemp was traded from the tigers to the white sox in november of 1981. here's his 1982 o-pee-chee card:

kemp played just the one year in chicago, as he left for the green fields of free agency after the 1982 season. and who could blame him - he put together a good season for the southsiders, batting .286 with 19 home runs and driving in 98 while playing in 160 games.
some highlights for kemp during his 1982 season include his 100th career home run, a walk-off against former dodger dave goltz, and a two-home run game against mike norris and the a's.
