1977 ed figueroa

there is some very slight 'north-south' differential cropping and 'east-west' facsimile autograph movement when one compares ed figueroa's 1977 cards.  here is his 1977 o-pee-chee card:

figueroa was coming off of a 19 win season in 1977, but his era jumped by about half of a run, and he wound up with a 16-11 record.  he completed 12 of his 35 starts, including two by shutout.  he made one start in the alcs against the royals, but was touched for 4 runs in 3.1 innings of work.  he did not appear in the world series against the dodgers in 1977, however, he would make two starts against them in the 1978 fall classic.
