in november of 1990, willie blair was traded from the indians to the blue jays. here is his 1991 o-pee-chee card:

blair had pitched in 27 games for the blue jays in his rookie season of 1990, but appeared in only 11 games for the indians in his sophomore campaign. he was 2-3 with a 6.75 era with 5 starts in those 11 games. after the season, blair was packaged in a deal with ed taubensee and sent to houston for kenny lofton.
