1984 dave geisel

dave geisel was a rule v draftee by the mariners in december of 1983.  here is his 1984 o-pee-chee card:

geisel appeared in 20 games for the mariners in 1984 after making 47 appearances for the blue jays the prior season.  he went 1-1 with 3 saves and even made 3 starts.  he was used in middle relief with those spot starts in july and august before becoming more of a back end of the bullpen guy in september.  he was back with the m's in 1985, although he was used solely as a middle reliever in his 12 appearances.
